Apache Shield
The symbols of Native American Culture go back thousands of years and survive to this day. You would find this symbols on a painted horse, a piece of leather or pottery, and the sybolism remains the same as it did thousands of years ago. This pendant symbolizes the strength given to the Crown Dancer by God, who is choosen to show us the way to a more harmonous life. The stars represent the northern star, as he always knows the way home and he will never lose his way. The Dragonfly is a constant reminder of the importance of leaving this earth a better place for having been here. The survival skills of the bat show us that we can exist in harmony with all living creatures.
